Only to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to send you a quotation. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For the spam protection (below), the legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The form first sends your message to the site's server, which checks it, does not keep it, and answers that it cannot send it. You then send it yourself, from your own email programme, to the EES mailbox at Microsoft 365. The site is hosted by Verpex.
05
The site does not store your message. In the EES mailbox: requests that did not become a project are kept for 12 months. Against spam, the server may keep, for up to 24 hours after your last message, a one-way code (a hash) of your connection, not your IP address. The hosting server keeps access logs for the period Verpex sets for the security and operation of its servers.

The form uses no cookies, no captcha and no third-party services in the page.
07
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your details, or for a copy of them in a common format (portability), and you can object to the processing for spam protection. Write to us at admin@ees-bv.eu. You can also turn to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
